Jason Kubus, PE, RS

BIO

Jason Kubus is a professional engineer with over 15 years of experience in the community association industry.  He has personally conducted 1,000+ reserve studies, both domestic and abroad, with specialization in coastal midrise- and highrise-style condominiums in Florida.

Field Engineering and Report duties include:

  • Thorough review of building construction documents

  • Field- and plan-based quantity takeoffs

  • Condition assessments and photographic documentation

  • Determination of project scope and associated cost estimation

  • Useful life and remaining useful life analyses

  • Technical report writing

  • Data compilation, organization and visualization

Ownership and Management duties include:

  • Client services

  • Engineering operations

  • Contract management

  • Project assignments

  • Mentoring of Associate Engineers

  • Oversight of quality assurance

EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS

  • Florida-Licensed Professional Engineer, Florida Board of Engineers (PE #76012)

  • Reserve Specialist, Community Associations Institute (RS #179)

  • Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering, University of Florida
